Cate Blanchett in a costum made Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci

The month of February is definitely one of the most fashionable of the year. Film festivals and fashion shows alternate in a frantic pace of red carpets where the stars give the best of themselves.

Elegance has been the mistress of the 65th edition of the International Film Festival of Berlin.

Cate Blanchett, sophisticated as ever, paraded with a dress entirely embroidered with multicolor sequins and satin details. It is a very original costume made of Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci, inspired by the pre-Fall line for 2015. She also wore a matching black coat and suede sandals with closure in shark tooth, always a giveaway of Givenchy.

Both elegant in total white were the two actresses Nicole Kidman and Juliette Binoche. The first, the presentation of “Queen of the Desert”, wearing a  dress signed Valentino Haute Couture. The second opted for a dress by Armani Prive with 3/4 sleeves, linear and a pinch seductive deep V neck.

A couple of super glam women at the even include Julianne Moore and younger Dakota Johnson, along with participating in the parade for BOSS Fall/Winter 2015 during New York Fashion Week.

Dakota chose a full blouse and pants from the Pre/fall Collection 2015, designed by Jason Wu, who combines a gray coat of the Fall / Winter 2014. Moore chose to combine a heavy cashmere coat with a black dress for a totally black look .

Relying on a single color was also Sofia Coppola while participating in the New York show of Marc Jacobs with a little black dress paired with opaque tights and ankle leather boots.

In contrast, the actress Christina Ricci presented during the parade wearing an olive green dress in heavy fabric that did not suit her silhouette.

Jessica Hart- Coco Rocha

Far effect arouse the look of Canadian supermodel Coco Rocha and fellow Australian Jessica Hart, attending the parade of Diane von Furstenberg. The first chose to enhance her maternity dress with a black coating, but that does not lose sensuality thanks to the deep side slit, while the second chose a dress in floral print coupled with a pair of boots in suede, for a look that was country chic tones of autumn.

Warm shades of brown for Amy Fine Collins who, for the Altuzarra show, chose a dark brown leather dress that falls to the ankles which leaves uncovered the boots en pendant, while a belt with lighter tones emphasizes the waist.

The mood was decidedly more sporty for Hilary Rohda to which a pair of jeans and a blue cardigan made her look beautiful in the parade for Polo Ralph Lauren.

Across the ocean, the Fashion for Relief Charity, the charity event created by Naomi Campbell, opened the London Fashion Week gathering a large number of celebrities. These include Rosario Dawson and super model Shanina Shaik chose for the occasion shoes by Giuseppe Zanotti Design: the first has walked the red carpet with a pair of black pumps in suede, the second has marched with high-heeled sandals.
