The first night of Stillness by Fabio Quaranta

After a busy Tuesday, passed to finish a novel that has enthralled me, Eines abends in Paris By Nicolas Barreau, it’s time to get back to work. But who said that reading can not be a job?

But it’s time to be serious, and so it is with great pleasure that I present to you a very talented Italian designer: Fabio Quaranta. His last fall/winter collection ’13 is in collaboration with Andrea Caraceni and Fratelli Cerruti, and it has an intriguing name: The first night of Stillness

The title is that of a film by Valerio Zurlini, and is a tribute to the aesthetics and poetry of this masterpiece of Italian cinema of the early ’70.

The collection has a strong aesthetic impact, it imposes itself in a completely new way in the fashion world.
The coat, which the film’s protagonist wears, camel coat, always been synonymous with luxury, elegance and classicism, it is reinterpreted in a modern key, with elegant colors, color games, and precious cashmere, from the prestigious textile company Lanificio Fratelli Cerruti.

New silhouettes are drawn by the designer, using a variety of lengths and shapes, designer, with the assistance of Andrea Caraceni tailor, interprets engrossing a must have for the cold season.

A very elegant collection that can not break the heart of every woman who knows the meaning of the word style.
